TESTING OUT COACHY: IS IT WORTH THE BUZZ?

I recently decided to explore the world of AI coaching with the popular program, Coachy. Honestly, I was a bit dubious. Could this thing really be a useful tool in my life? After a few weeks of using it, I've got to say. Coachy is definitely different from anything I've tried before. It can be quite helpful on things, but it's not a magic bullet.
